Matt Ertle, Owner/Strategic-Partner, CSP

Matt is a local from Bend who opened the PrideStaff office in 2016 with the goal of creating an experience that business and people can trust throughout their time in Central Oregon.  Matt is grateful to work in the community where he grew up and is now raising his own family.  He enjoys all outdoor activities with his wife Ashley, son Levi, and daughter Emme.

Chloe Crabtree, Account Manager

Chloe migrated westward in 2015 from the Appalachian Mountains of North Carolina. Her experience in project development, non-profit funding, and management roles, paired with her passion for building relationships led her to PrideStaff. As the Account Manager, she enjoys being involved in the Central Oregon community, helping connect local businesses with the right candidates. When she’s not working, you can find her cooking, writing comedy, or playing in the woods with her partner and pup.

Quinn Hanson, Staffing Consultant

Quinn Hanson started moving West nearly ten years ago to explore the mountains and the endless adventures. He was forged in the Minnesota winters but sought more than just pond hockey. He’s a problem solver at heart, a mountain biker after work, and always focused on helping people meet their potential.

Lucas Heinz, Staffing Consultant

Lucas Heinz relocated to Bend in 2017 where he started his professional career in hospitality. He joined PrideStaff in September 2020 as a Staffing Consultant where he continues to exercise his ability to build relationships and help others in the Bend community. Bachelor or on his paddleboard at any of the Cascade Lakes. He is ready to help you achieve your career goals and find your next opportunity!

Christina Amen, Recruiting Assistant

Christina Amen was lured to the high desert from Boston, MA after a climbing trip to Smith Rock. Prior to staffing, Christina worked as a youth program and volunteer coordinator for a national creative writing non-profit, and within the outdoor industry. She began her role with PrideStaff as a Recruiting Assistant in 2019 and finds joy and purpose in providing mentorship, finding solutions, and helping others achieve their goals. She loves being an active member of the Bend community. When she isn’t in the office, you may find Christina teaching a yoga class, on a mountain summit, or playing guitar on the bean-bag chair in the living room.
